AI-Powered Reports

Overview

LeadMachine's Reports page lets you generate custom reports using natural language. Simply tell Ledo what you want to see, and it will create a report with tables, charts, and exportable data.

Getting Started

  1. Navigate to Reports from the sidebar
  2. Type your request in the search bar (e.g., "Show me leads by status this month")
  3. Click the arrow or press Enter
  4. View results as a table or chart
  5. Export to CSV or save for later

Asking for Reports

Natural Language Queries

Just describe what you want to see:

  • "Show me leads by status" - Pie chart of lead distribution
  • "How many leads did we get this month?" - Lead count with trend
  • "Revenue by month for the last 6 months" - Line chart (requires Shopify/DecoNetwork)
  • "Top 5 lead sources" - Bar chart of where leads come from
  • "Tasks completed this week by user" - Team productivity report
  • "Pipeline summary" - Table of leads by stage with values

  • Try a simpler query first

Wrong visualization?

  • Request the type explicitly: "as a bar chart"
  • Some data works better with certain charts

eCommerce reports not available?

  • Requires active Shopify or DecoNetwork integration
  • Check Settings > Integrations to connect

Reporting Errors

If a report fails to generate, you'll see an error message with two options:

Try Again

Click to reload the page and attempt your query again. Sometimes temporary issues resolve on retry.

Report This

Click to automatically report the error to our support team. This helps us improve Ledo's reporting capabilities.

What gets reported:

  • Your original query
  • The error message
  • Your user and company info (for follow-up)

What happens next:

  1. The error is logged to our AI learning system as feedback
  2. A support ticket is created for our team to investigate
  3. You'll see a confirmation that the error was reported

Reporting errors helps us identify patterns and improve the AI's ability to handle different types of requests.
