What is Ledo Lookup?

Ledo Lookup uses Exa.ai's neural search technology to find comprehensive professional information about a person, including:

  • Full name and current job title
  • Current company and role
  • Professional biography
  • LinkedIn profile
  • Twitter/X handle
  • Personal website
  • Location
  • Education background
  • Skills and expertise
  • Previous companies

This data is gathered from across the web and presented in a clean, verified format.

How to Use Ledo Lookup

From the Dashboard (Quick Lead Creation)

The fastest way to use Ledo Lookup:

  1. Click New Lead in the dashboard header
  2. Enter the person's First Name and Last Name
  3. Optionally add Company for better results
  4. Click the Lookup button
  5. Ledo researches the person and displays found information
  6. Click Create Lead with Data to create the lead instantly

The lead is created with all enriched data and you're taken directly to their detail page.

From the Add Lead Page

  1. Navigate to Add Lead page
  2. Click the Ledo Lookup button
  3. Enter the person's name (required)
  4. Optionally add their company name for better results
  5. Click Search

The search returns results in under 1 second.

Step 2: Select the Right Person

  1. Review the search results list
  2. Each result shows:
- Name - Job title and company (if available) - Brief description - LinkedIn badge (if from LinkedIn)
  1. Select the correct person by clicking their entry
  2. Click Get Full Profile

Step 3: Review and Use Profile

  1. Wait while deep research runs (20-60 seconds)
- Progress indicator shows elapsed time
  1. Review the full profile:
- Name and title - Professional bio - Social links (LinkedIn, Twitter, website) - Location and education - Skills and expertise
  1. Click Use This Data to pre-fill the lead form

What Gets Pre-Filled

When you click "Use This Data", the following fields are populated:

Additional data (LinkedIn, Twitter, bio, skills) is stored with the lead for reference.
