Ask AI - Your CRM Assistant
Ask AI is your intelligent assistant that can answer questions about your leads, pipeline, and sales performance. It has access to your company's CRM data and provides instant, data-driven insights.
Where to Find Ask AI
The Ask AI chat card appears on your dashboard:
- Main Dashboard - Below the "Today's Summary" card
- Shopify Dashboard - Below the "Daily Advisor" card
- Type your question in the chat input field
- Press Enter or click the Send button
- The AI will analyze your CRM data and respond
- Lead names in responses are clickable links to their detail pages
- "How many leads do I have?"
- "What's my pipeline breakdown by status?"
- "How many new leads this week vs last week?"
- "How many stale leads need attention?"
- "Which state has the most leads?"
- "Which city has the most leads?"
- "Show me leads in Arkansas"
- "What are my top 5 cities for leads?"
- "What's my top lead source?"
- "How many Shopify customers do I have?"
- "Where are my leads coming from?"
- "Tell me about [lead name]"
- "Which leads look most promising?"
- "Who should I follow up with?"
- "Show me my recent leads"
- "How am I doing this week?"
- "What's my conversion rate?"
- "Who are my best customers?"
- Total lead counts and status breakdown
- Leads by state and city (top 10)
- Leads by source (top 5)
- Recent lead activity
- Stale lead counts (no activity in 14+ days)
- Weekly comparison data
- Be specific - "Which state has the most leads?" works better than "where are my leads?"
- Ask about data you have - The AI can only answer based on your CRM data
- Use follow-up questions - You can ask clarifying questions in the same chat session
- Clear the chat - Click the trash icon to start a fresh conversation
- Ask AI can only access data for your company
- Recent leads are limited to the 20 most recently updated
- Recent activity is limited to the 15 most recent actions
- Geographic data requires leads to have state/city information filled in
- Try rephrasing your question
- Make sure your question relates to CRM data
- Check that the Gemini API key is configured (SuperAdmin Settings)
- Contact your administrator to set up the Gemini API key
- The AI will only link leads that exist in the data it received
- For very specific lead searches, the lead may not be in the recent 20
- Ask AI only accesses data within your company
- Questions and responses are not stored permanently
- The AI cannot access other companies' data
- All communication uses secure HTTPS
