Focus Mode
Focus Mode transforms your LeadMachine dashboard into a streamlined, AI-guided workflow. Instead of being overwhelmed by metrics and options, Ledo presents one clear action at a time, helping you stay productive and close more deals.
What is Focus Mode?
When Focus Mode is enabled:
- The standard dashboard is replaced with a focused view
- Ledo presents your top priority action front and center
- Secondary actions are available but de-emphasized
- As you complete tasks, Ledo automatically serves the next best action
- Your attention stays on what matters most right now
Think of it as having a personal sales coach who tells you exactly what to do next.
Enabling Focus Mode
Toggle Location
The Focus Mode toggle appears in the bottom-right corner of your dashboard header:
- Log into LeadMachine
- Look for the toggle switch with the Ledo icon and "Focus" label
- Click to enable (switch turns on)
- The dashboard immediately transforms to Focus Mode
Persistence
Your Focus Mode preference is saved per-device:
- Enable on your phone, and it stays enabled on your phone
- Desktop and mobile settings are independent
- Your preference persists across sessions
The Focus Mode Interface
Primary Action Card
The large, prominent card in the center shows your top priority action:
- Action Title: What Ledo wants you to do (e.g., "Follow Up with Jane Smith")
- Context: Why this matters (e.g., "Lead has been contacted but no response in 5 days")
- Type Badge: Categorizes the action (lead, task, suggestion, etc.)
- Action Buttons: One-click actions relevant to the task
Action Types
| Type | Description |
| ------ | ------------- |
| Lead Follow-up | A lead needs attention based on status and timing |
| Task Due | A task is due today or overdue |
| Call Next | A high-scoring lead with a phone number who hasn't been contacted recently |
| Hot Lead | A high-value lead requiring immediate action |
| New Lead | A recently created lead needing first contact |
| Stale Lead | A lead that hasn't been touched in a while |
| Suggestion | An AI-generated recommendation to improve your workflow |
Primary Action Buttons
Depending on the action type, you'll see relevant buttons:
- View Lead: Open the full lead details page
- View Task: Open the task for editing or completion
- Mark Complete: Complete a task directly from Focus Mode
- Snooze: Temporarily hide this action (see below)
Secondary Actions Panel
Below the primary card, up to 5 additional actions are shown:
- Click any secondary action to make it your primary
- Actions are prioritized by urgency and importance
- Panel refreshes as you complete or snooze items
Deep Action Pool
Focus Mode maintains a pool of up to 10 prioritized actions. When you complete or snooze all visible actions, Ledo automatically generates fresh suggestions, ensuring you always have something productive to work on.
Snoozing Actions
Not ready to handle an action right now? Snooze it:
- Click the Snooze button on any action
- The action disappears for 4 hours
- After 4 hours, it returns to your queue
When to Snooze
- Waiting for a response before you can proceed
- Need information you don't have yet
- Want to focus on higher-priority items first
- Action is valid but timing isn't right
Snooze Behavior
- Snoozed actions are remembered per-device
- Snooze duration: 4 hours by default
- After snooze expires, action reappears automatically
- Completing the underlying task removes it permanently
Mobile Experience
Focus Mode is optimized for mobile devices:
Mobile-Specific Features
- New Lead Button: Quick access button at the top of the screen
- Touch-Friendly Cards: Large tap targets for easy interaction
- Responsive Layout: Cards stack vertically on narrow screens

See Quick Lead Creation below for details.

The lead is automatically enriched with the researched data, and you're taken to their detail page where AI generates a summary.
How Ledo Prioritizes Actions
Focus Mode uses AI to determine what you should work on:
Priority Factors
- Due Dates: Tasks due today or overdue come first
- Lead Score: Leads with higher AI-computed scores get priority
- Lead Temperature: Hot leads and new leads get priority
- Time Since Contact: Leads going stale get bumped up
- Lead Value: Higher-value opportunities get attention
- Your Activity: Recent views and interactions influence order
Action Categories (in priority order)
- Overdue tasks
- Tasks due today
- Hot leads needing immediate action
- Who to call next — high-scoring leads (Grade B or A) with a phone number who haven't been contacted in 2+ days
- New leads awaiting first contact
- Leads needing follow-up (based on status timing)
- Stale leads at risk of going cold
- General productivity suggestions
Who to Call Next
Ledo uses Lead Scoring to identify the best leads to call. A "Call Next" action appears when:
- The lead has a score of 50 or higher (Grade B or A)
- The lead has a phone number on file
- The lead hasn't been contacted in at least 2 days
- The lead isn't in a closed status
- There's no task already due today for the lead
Up to 5 "Call Next" actions can appear in your queue at a time. Each card shows the lead's score, grade, and how many days since last contact to help you prioritize.
