Ledo Says - Daily AI Coaching
The Ledo Says card on your dashboard provides personalized, AI-powered suggestions to help you stay productive and close more deals. Ledo analyzes your pipeline data daily and offers actionable recommendations tailored to your business.
Where to Find Ledo Says
The Ledo Says card appears on your dashboard:
- Main Dashboard - In the left column, below the KPI metrics
- Shopify Dashboard - Below the KPI metrics, showing e-commerce specific insights
What Ledo Says Provides
Daily Summary
A brief overview of your pipeline health:- Total active leads
- New leads requiring attention
- Leads needing follow-up
- Activity since your last login
Actionable Suggestions
Three specific, data-driven suggestions to help you:- Prioritize high-value leads
- Re-engage stale prospects
- Optimize your sales process
- Leverage LeadMachine tools effectively
Acting on Suggestions
Each suggestion has two action buttons:
Add as Task (+)
Click the + button to turn any suggestion into a task:- The suggestion becomes the task title
- You can set a due date and priority
- Link it to a specific lead if relevant
- This is positive feedback - Ledo learns that you found this suggestion useful
Dismiss (X)
Click the X button to dismiss suggestions that aren't relevant:- The suggestion is removed from your list
- Ledo learns from this feedback - similar suggestions will be avoided in the future
- Use this when a suggestion doesn't apply to your situation
How Ledo Learns
Ledo uses your feedback to improve over time:
Positive Learning (Adding tasks):
- When you add a suggestion as a task, Ledo knows this type of recommendation was helpful
- Future suggestions will continue to include similar actionable advice
Negative Learning (Dismissing):
- When you dismiss a suggestion, Ledo remembers
- Future suggestions will avoid similar recommendations
- This helps personalize advice to your specific needs and workflow
The more you interact with Ledo Says, the better the suggestions become.
Refreshing Suggestions
Click the refresh button (circular arrow) in the card header to:
- Get fresh suggestions based on current data
- See updated pipeline metrics
- Useful after making significant changes to your leads

- Check daily - Suggestions refresh based on current data

Privacy
- Suggestions are generated using only your company's data
- Dismissed suggestions are stored per-user (not shared with team)
- Your feedback helps improve your personal experience
