Acting on Suggestions

Each suggestion has two action buttons:

Add as Task (+)

Click the + button to turn any suggestion into a task:
  • The suggestion becomes the task title
  • You can set a due date and priority
  • Link it to a specific lead if relevant
  • This is positive feedback - Ledo learns that you found this suggestion useful

Dismiss (X)

Click the X button to dismiss suggestions that aren't relevant:
  • The suggestion is removed from your list
  • Ledo learns from this feedback - similar suggestions will be avoided in the future
  • Use this when a suggestion doesn't apply to your situation

How Ledo Learns
