Billing & Subscription
LeadMachine offers a simple, transparent pricing model with a 14-day free trial.
Pricing
$58/month per user - Full access to all features including:
- Unlimited leads and contacts
- AI-powered features (Ledo Says, Ask Ledo)
- All integrations (Shopify, MailChimp, Facebook Lead Ads)
- Team collaboration
- Email and SMS capabilities
- Priority support
Free Trial
Every new company gets a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start.
During Your Trial
- Full access to all LeadMachine features
- Add as many leads as you need
- Invite team members
- Connect integrations (Shopify, MailChimp, etc.)
- Try AI features like Ledo Says and Ask Ledo
Trial Banner
A banner appears at the top of your screen showing how many days remain in your trial. Admins and managers can:
- Subscribe Now - Start your subscription with the 14-day trial
- Start Billing Now - Skip the trial and start billing immediately
You can dismiss the banner for the day by clicking the X button. It will reappear the next day until you subscribe.
Trial Reminders
We'll send email reminders before your trial ends:
- 7 days before trial ends
- 3 days before trial ends
- 1 day before trial ends
- On the day your trial ends
These reminders help ensure you don't lose access to your leads and data.
Subscribing
To subscribe:
- Click Subscribe Now in the trial banner, or
- Go to Profile > Billing
You'll be redirected to a secure Stripe checkout page where you can:
- Enter your payment information
- Apply any promo codes you have
- Review the total based on your team size
Billing Per User
You're billed based on the number of active users in your company:
- SuperAdmin users are not counted (they're support staff)
- Pending users are not counted until activated
- At least 1 user seat is always billed
Example: A company with 3 active agents and 1 admin = 4 billable users = $232/month
Promo Codes
Enter promo codes at checkout for discounts. Promo codes may offer:
- Percentage discounts
- Fixed amount off
- Extended trial periods
Managing Your Subscription
Billing Status
Your company will have one of these billing statuses:
- Trial - Free trial period (14 days)
- Active - Subscription is active and current
- Past Due - Payment failed, please update payment method
- Canceled - Subscription has been canceled
Updating Payment
To update your payment method or billing information, contact [email protected] and we'll send you a secure link to update your details.
Canceling
To cancel your subscription, contact [email protected]. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
What Happens After Trial
If you don't subscribe before your trial ends:
- Your data is preserved but access is restricted
- You'll be prompted to subscribe when logging in
- Once you subscribe, full access is immediately restored
We never delete your data. Your leads, notes, and history are safe.
