Google Account & Calendar
One Google connection powers everything: signing in with Google, calendar sync, meeting booking, Ledo's meeting prep and note capture, and scheduling meetings from chat.
Connecting
- Go to Profile → Google Account
- Click Connect and approve the Google consent screen (identity + calendar access)
- Your calendar syncs immediately and every 15 minutes after
Connecting also enables Sign in with Google for your account automatically.
What the connection does
- Calendar sync — meetings sync into LeadMachine and are matched to leads by attendee email; matched meetings show on lead pages and in Ledo's context
- Meeting booking — your public booking page reads availability from your calendar; with upgraded access, confirmed bookings are created as real calendar events with a Google Meet link
- Ledo meeting features — prep briefs before lead meetings, note capture afterward (see the Ledo Meeting Assistant guide), and "schedule a meeting with…" in chat
- Sign in with Google — one-click login with the same account
Connection states
- Connected — everything working; you'll see the connected Google address and last sync time
- Upgrade available — older connections were read-only; click Upgrade Google access to enable event creation (booking events, chat scheduling, auto-capture). Your existing sync is unaffected.
- Connection expired — Google revoked access (usually after a password change or security review). Click Reconnect — your synced meetings are untouched, and you'll be notified in-app whenever this happens.
Auto-capture meeting notes
With upgraded access, toggle Auto-capture meeting notes on your profile: when a meeting on your calendar matches a lead, Ledo quietly joins the invite list so Google Meet's Gemini notes flow into LeadMachine automatically. No emails are sent to other attendees when Ledo is added.
Disconnecting
Click Disconnect on the profile Google Account card. This deletes the stored tokens and synced events for your user. Sign-in linking is kept unless you remove it separately.
Privacy & scope notes
- LeadMachine requests identity (who you are) and calendar access only — it cannot and does not read your email (Gmail access is deliberately not part of the connection)
- Refresh credentials are stored encrypted
- Calendar events are visible only within your company
