Growth Recommendations
Every so often, Focus shows a single growth recommendation — a specific, high-leverage way to grow your business, based on what LeadMachine can see about how you operate. It's the calm-operator version of a growth consultant: one good idea at a time, only when you've earned the right to hear it, never a wall of upsells.
You don't set these up. LeadMachine builds a quiet picture of your business (a Business Profile) from your data and integrations, spots the most valuable gap, and surfaces at most one recommendation per week.
Examples
- See the true ROAS of your ad spend — you're running ads but haven't connected payment data. Connect it and Ledo can show real return, not guesses.
- Put lead nurturing on autopilot — you have leads but no automated email drips running. Turn on nurture and Ledo keeps them warm.
- Amplify what's already working — you're capturing leads organically; put managed paid behind your best channels.
- Grow your Google reviews — ask happy customers for a review automatically, right after they buy.
- Let Ledo run your meetings — you're working deals but haven't connected a calendar.
- Source more of what's working in HubSpot — you have live HubSpot deals; Discovery can find look-alike companies, enrich them, and push them back into HubSpot. (Requires the HubSpot integration.)
Every recommendation is a native benefit — something LeadMachine (or your own connected data) delivers. LeadMachine never pushes you to buy a third-party product.
How they're chosen
- Earn-the-right. You only see a recommendation once you're getting value from what you already have (real leads, customers, or revenue are flowing) and you've been actively using LeadMachine. It won't pitch growth to someone who hasn't gotten value yet.
- One per week, max. At most one new recommendation is introduced every 7 days, and it stays for up to a week so you have time to act.
- Cooldowns. If you dismiss a recommendation, it won't come back for a while. If you act on it, LeadMachine learns that worked and leans into similar ideas.
- Grounded reasoning. The "why" behind each recommendation is drawn from LeadMachine's Knowledge Center, so the advice reflects what actually works — not a generic tip.
Acting on a recommendation
Each card has a button that takes you straight to the relevant place — connect an integration, open email automation, start a Discovery search, and so on. When you complete the underlying step, the recommendation resolves on its own and Focus moves on.
If it's not for you, dismiss it. LeadMachine respects that and won't nag.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why haven't I seen any growth recommendations? Either you haven't crossed the "earn-the-right" bar yet (not enough activity/value flowing), you've already had this week's recommendation, or there's no clear high-value gap to suggest right now.
Are these ads for other products? No. Every recommendation is a capability LeadMachine delivers or an action on your own connected data — never a paid third-party referral.
Can I turn them off? Dismiss any recommendation you don't want; it goes into a cooldown. Recommendations are intentionally rare (at most one a week), so they won't crowd your Focus.
