AdMachine Integration Guide

AdMachine is AI-powered Google Ads management, auditing, and conversion tracking. When your LeadMachine company is connected to AdMachine, you get an Ad Performance dashboard inside LeadMachine and closed-loop reporting that ties ad spend to the leads and revenue it produced.

How AdMachine Is Enabled

Unlike the self-serve integrations, AdMachine is set up for you. It's provisioned automatically when your company subscribes to a Local Services bundle, or enabled manually by your LeadMachine account manager.

You don't connect it yourself from the Integrations page. If the AdMachine card there says "AdMachine is provisioned automatically with Local Services bundles. Contact your account manager to enable ad management for this account," that's your signal to reach out - there's no button to press.

To get AdMachine: contact your LeadMachine account manager, or email [email protected], about a Local Services bundle.

What You Get

Once your account is connected, an Ad Performance item appears in your sidebar. It opens a live dashboard powered by AdMachine:

  • KPI tiles - spend, conversions, cost per acquisition, and more, with trends against target
  • Charts - spend by campaign, conversions by campaign, top keywords by spend, and cost-per-acquisition by campaign
  • Campaign table - performance for each active campaign
  • Leads from Ads - a count of leads attributed to your Google Ads in the last 30 days, linking straight to the filtered leads view

Admins of a connected company can view Ad Performance even without a separate LeadMachine subscription - the AdMachine connection is the entitlement.

Closed-Loop Conversion Sync

The real power of the integration is sending conversions back to Google Ads so it optimizes toward customers, not just clicks.

In the AdMachine card on the Integrations page (visible to Admins once connected), the Enable AdMachine conversion sync toggle controls whether LeadMachine reports qualified leads and revenue back to your Google Ads account. Turn it on and click Save Settings.

Lead attribution uses the Google Click ID (GCLID) captured on each lead, plus the lead's source, to match ad clicks to real outcomes.

Managing the Connection (Admins)

Once connected, the AdMachine card exposes a few controls:

  • Webhook Key - the secret AdMachine uses to send data to your account (copyable; regenerate if it's ever exposed)
  • Enable AdMachine conversion sync - the toggle described above
  • Regenerate Key - rotates the webhook key immediately; the old key stops working at once, so only do this if you're coordinating with your account manager

The card also shows when data was last synced.

Troubleshooting

"Ad performance data is not available yet"

Your AdMachine account is connected but hasn't been fully wired to a Google Ads account yet, or the first data pull hasn't completed. This final step is done by your account manager after provisioning. Give it a little time, or reach out if it persists.

I don't see an Ad Performance page

AdMachine isn't connected for your company yet. See "How AdMachine Is Enabled" above.

Numbers look out of date

The performance widget caches for about 15 minutes, and "Leads from Ads" always reflects the last 30 days.
