LinkedIn Company Page
Manage your LinkedIn company page from inside LeadMachine: publish posts, run automated content campaigns from your blog, moderate comments, and track page performance.
> Limited beta. Company Page features are currently rolling out to select accounts while LinkedIn completes its review of our Community Management access. If you don't see the Company Page option yet, it's coming — contact support to join the waitlist.
What You Need
- LeadMachine account with Admin role
- A LinkedIn company page you administer (not just follow)
- For content campaigns: the LeadMachine WordPress plugin connected, so your blog posts sync into LeadMachine
Connect Your Company Page
- Go to Integrations → LinkedIn and open the Company Page section
- Click Connect Company Page — this is a separate authorization from LinkedIn Lead Gen, because LinkedIn requires a dedicated connection for page management
- Log in and click Allow
- Pick the company page you want LeadMachine to manage and save
Once connected, open LinkedIn → Company Page from the sidebar.
Publish Posts Manually
The Publish tab works like posting on LinkedIn itself: write your update (up to 3,000 characters) and click Publish. Your recent page posts are listed below, and you can delete a post from LeadMachine at any time.
Content Campaigns
Content campaigns turn your blog into a steady stream of LinkedIn posts — the same idea as email newsletter campaigns that pull from WordPress, but for your company page.
How it works
- You pick the content. Choose which WordPress categories to pull from and how often to post (e.g. every 7 days).
- Ledo writes the post. On schedule, Ledo takes the next article and rewrites it LinkedIn-style — a scroll-stopping first line, short punchy paragraphs, a link to the full article, and relevant hashtags. It uses your saved brand messaging so the voice stays yours. The article's featured image is attached automatically.
- You approve it. Nothing posts on its own. Each draft lands in your approval queue, and every admin gets an email and in-app notification that a post is waiting.
- It publishes. Approve (with any edits you like) and the post goes live on your company page immediately.
Create a campaign
- Open Company Page → Content tab
- Click New campaign
- Name it, pick your WordPress categories, and set the posting cadence in days
- Optional settings:
- Click Save campaign
The first draft is generated within about 15 minutes. Use Run now on any campaign to queue the next draft without waiting for the schedule.
Approving posts
Drafts appear at the top of the Content tab under Awaiting your approval:
- Edit freely — the text box is fully editable, and whatever you approve is exactly what publishes
- Approve & publish — posts to your page right away, image included
- Reject — discards the draft and skips that article; the campaign moves on to the next one at its normal cadence
While a draft is waiting for review, the campaign holds off on generating new ones — you'll never come back to a pile.
Auto-publish
Once you've approved enough posts to trust the output, edit the campaign and enable Auto-publish (skip approval). Posts then go live on schedule without review, and admins are notified after each one publishes. You can switch back to approval mode at any time.
Comments
The Comments tab is your moderation inbox: see comments on any page post, reply as the page, or remove comments.
> Comment moderation activates once LinkedIn approves Standard-tier Community Management access for LeadMachine (currently in review). Publishing, content campaigns, and analytics work today.
Analytics
The Analytics tab shows lifetime page performance: followers, impressions, clicks, likes, comments, shares, and engagement rate.
Engagement Leads
People who comment on or react to your page posts are captured automatically. When an engager volunteers contact info (like an email in a comment), LeadMachine creates a lead with source LinkedIn Engagement, so your content directly feeds your pipeline.
Troubleshooting
"Company page is not connected" errors — your LinkedIn authorization expired. Go to Integrations → LinkedIn → Company Page and reconnect. Admins are notified in-app when this happens.
A campaign shows "next run" in the past but nothing happened — check that your WordPress plugin is still syncing posts and that the selected categories contain articles the campaign hasn't already used (or turn on looping).
A post published without its image — the article's featured image couldn't be fetched (moved, deleted, or too large — the cap is 8MB). The post still publishes, and the reason is noted in the campaign history.
